designed and taught university courses on leadership and Intercultural Studies
From managing global HR functions and talent development for 140+ staff from 21 nationalities working across 11 countries, to designing university-level curricula and coaching leaders through change, Brad’s work bridges cultures, disciplines, and industries. Brad brings fluency in four languages and deep intercultural insight to every engagement, whether facilitating workshops, leading systemic change, or developing agile teams.
